1. Digital Products and Services

Our offerings may include digital products, software, custom development, IT consultation, lead generation services, and SaaS solutions.

a. Non-Refundable Services

Due to the nature of digital services, the following are non-refundable:

  • Custom website or software development
  • IT consulting sessions
  • Lead generation or telemarketing services already rendered
  • Project-based work after client approval or delivery
  • Monthly subscription fees after the billing cycle has begun

b. Eligible for Refund (in specific cases)

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

  • A technical issue prevents service delivery, and our team fails to resolve it within 7 business days
  • Duplicate payment or accidental overcharge
  • Services were paid for but never initiated or scheduled

2. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel ongoing services (e.g., maintenance or subscription plans) by providing a written notice at least 7 days before the next billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for canceled services within an active billing period.


3. Product Return (If Applicable)

If we provide any physical products (e.g., POS systems, surveillance equipment):

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client
  • A restocking fee of 15% may apply

Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
